We have experience of assisting clients in product/vendor selection as well as validating their requirements and the vendor's claims.

We also offer general support in the form of a point of contact  that you can email and call to get security advice and information on ideas, plans and those awkward questions that management of a project always seems to generate.  We can provide you with quick and qualified answers that your in-house personnel may not have the skills or experience to deal with, or that you just want to run past someone else for a second opinion before placing your reputation on the line.

Initial Assessments

A commonly used approach is for a client to ask us to undertake some initial assessment work on some aspect of their business (including physical security, security procedures and personnel security) and advise them as to whether their countermeasures are appropriate and value for money.  

Policy Implementation Review

Having a Security policy is only the first step; actually implementing and enforcing it is a different matter.  We can quickly assess a policy and check its implementation across the organisation or site, and make recommendations that could simplify or aid its implementation.  Similarly we can also assess and identify devices and equipment that can assist the organisation in the implementation of their policy.
