HMG IT Security Course (hands on) To Launch in April 2008

This exciting new course is a focused course looking at how security practitioners should develop the security for their IT System to ensure they are compliant with HMG Policy.  

The first of its type in the UK, this course offers students the unique opportunity to learn from former DSSO Accreditors. 

Students will be shown examples of where projects go wrong, why mistakes are made and what can be done to recover a project or system that is out of security control.  They will conduct role play and be actively involved in simulated Security Working Groups, Project Reviews and Documentation Assessment meetings.  In summary they do rather than read and learn rather than acknowledge. 

Sparking much interest in the MoD and HMG IT System development areas of the commercial and defence contractor base, this course is likely to be popular.  Watch this space for more details, or contact us for a syllabus and details of provisional course dates.
