Steve Armstrong to lecture at SANS 2009

We are pleased to announce that our Technical Security Director, Steve Armstrong, will be teaching the 6 day SANS 617 Course entitled: Wireless Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing and Defenses.

This is an intensive hands on 6 day course that will teach students the tools, techniques and methodologies to test their wireless systems, as they learn how the bad guys hack into WLANs, Bluetooth connections and other transmitted connections and links.

All SANS courses are vendor neutral relying upon open source tools and resources; the whole conference is Security focused and you are guaranteed to get a comprehensive learning experience!

If you are planning to attend you are strongly advised to book a local hotel as the evening events are always worth staying for and as many finish after 9pm, it makes for an intensive IT Security week!
