Project support and technical advice (overview)

With years of experience in Accreditation, we can support all aspects of a project or programme. Literally from cradle to grave:

Pre ITT

We can assist in the development of the URD (User Requirements Document) and SRD (System Requirements Document) , validating the requirements, ensuring that mutually exclusive system security and user requirements are not listed.

Review of Response to Tender

We can work with the project sponsor to review the response to tenders and grade them on suitability, project and system risk.

Design and Manufacture

We can support the programme as it faces development issues and problems that arise from requirements changes (eg UORs), Funding changes, HMG Policy changes and system integration problems.

Introduction into Service

We can development or review Prime Contractor produced documentation for correctness and suitability, ensuring your project carries the minimum programme risk.

System Disposal

We can advise on the latest requirements on system and media disposal, and if required can undertake the activity ourselves, issuing the owner with a certificate of secure disposal to the correct standard.

All of our work can be tailored to the client needs and requirements, from full integration with SWGs (Security Working Groups) and all IPT (Integrated Project Teams) activities, to a simple watching brief on received documents; we can configure our support to meet your requirements, timelines and budget.
